Pilot valves: Quick response drives efficiency

PV48K Quick Response Joystick

Part of KPM's new industrial valves range, the PV48K Joystick has already received significant production orders from some of the world's leading manufacturers of mobile equipment despite only being available since October.

KPM's ranges of hydraulic components and systems are already widely used in industrial machinery and vehicles throughout the world and the introduction of the PV48K represents a further valuable addition to the product stable.

Designed especially for use on construction vehicles and machinery, the PV48K is the most advanced pilot valve of its type in the marketplace boasting a number of unique features that maximise its ease of operation and handling.

Ease of use and comfort is an important feature of the PV48K ensuring that minimal training is required for operators and making sure that performance remains constant regardless of the conditions in which the valve is operating. The unique incorporation of large return and control flow galleries also ensures minimal restriction, making the PV48K extremely responsive.

Satisfaction of customers' unique requirements has always been a priority at KPM and, with the PV48K, a range of technological and product options is available. These include left and right hand variants, different spring options to suit loading requirements, a dust proof inner boot to maximise airborne contamination tolerance, and a variety of handle mounted electrical switching options.

As with all KPM products, a comprehensive after sales service is available ensuring that should a customers requirements change, any pilot valve can be adapted to meet these.
